High-definition entertainment requires a perfect canvas. Our “Clarity Covenant” is designed to ensure that your display arrives without a single compromised pixel. Because televisions are high-value, fragile electronics, we maintain a strict verification policy to protect both the consumer and the brand.

3.2 The “Verification at Doorstep” Protocol

  • Live Inspection: For all TV units, the customer is required to perform a “Physical & Power-On Inspection” in the presence of the delivery agent. Once the unit is powered on and the panel is confirmed to be intact (no cracks or dead pixels), the sale is considered final regarding physical damage.
  • The Sealed Accessory Rule: For accessories (Cables, Mounts, Remotes), we offer a 7-day return window provided the items are in their Original Factory-Sealed Packaging.

3.3 The Technical Failure & Warranty Protocol

  • Dead-on-Arrival (DOA): If a unit fails to power on during the initial doorstep test, ScreenSet provides an Immediate Replacement or a full refund.
  • Manufacturer Warranty: We facilitate the official warranty process for all internal technical defects (motherboard, backlight, or software) as per the manufacturer’s specific timeline.
  • Exclusion Clause: Returns are not accepted for “Change of Mind” once the TV box has been opened or the mounting brackets have been installed, due to the high risk of damage during secondary transit.
