By purchasing from ScreenSet, the “User” acknowledges they are acquiring sophisticated electronic equipment and agree to follow all manufacturer safety and electrical guidelines.
2.2 Product Integrity & Electrical Standards
- Voltage Compatibility: All units sold on ScreenSet are engineered for the 220V–240V standard of the Pakistan territory. The user is responsible for using high-quality surge protectors or voltage stabilizers to protect the sensitive internal circuitry.
- Mounting & Structural Safety: ScreenSet provides high-grade mounting hardware. However, the user acknowledges that the safety of the installation depends on the integrity of the wall surface. We recommend professional installation for all units above 55 inches.
- Panel Performance: The user acknowledges that modern displays (OLED/QLED) have specific care requirements. Chipping or “burn-in” resulting from improper usage or 24/7 static display is not covered under standard terms.
2.3 Logistics & “White-Glove” Handling
Due to the fragile nature of large glass panels, ScreenSet utilizes specialized logistics partners. The “Risk of Loss” passes to the user upon a successful “Boot-Up Test” at the time of delivery. We maintain an “Anti-Tamper” protocol to ensure no refurbished or “open-box” units are ever sold as new.
